I led the design of the Maven Values Identity System in support of a company-wide rollout unveiled at an All Teams event. Partnering closely with Comms and Creative Leadership, I helped translate the new values into a cohesive visual system designed to energize the organization and support long-term internal adoption.

SENIOR BRAND DESIGNER

The goal was to build excitement while creating a system that could live beyond a single moment. I developed a flexible identity that included new brand colors, a custom iconography system for each value, and a suite of print and digital assets. The system was designed to scale across environments and formats, ensuring consistency while allowing teams to activate the values in meaningful, everyday ways.

Launched under the theme “What It Takes,” the system came to life across merch, sticker packs, conference room screens, table tents, and posters. The work created momentum around the values rollout and continues to be used internally, providing a durable framework that reinforces culture, alignment, and shared language across the organization.
