I led the visual direction for the Maven Clinic × Great Place to Work campaign, delivering a cohesive campaign system across social, email, and print. Partnering closely with Marketing in a fast-paced environment, I translated strategy into clear, repeatable visual frameworks that could scale across channels and timelines.

The goal was to support a data-backed narrative around employer support for working parents while reinforcing Maven’s role as a trusted partner for families across all paths to parenthood. Informed by Great Place to Work research representing insights from over 850,000 employees and 440,000 parents, the system balanced warmth with clarity, enabling consistent storytelling grounded in credibility and impact.
The campaign launched across multiple touchpoints and strengthened Maven’s presence in the employer benefits space. The resulting system supported rapid execution, cross-team adoption, and long-term brand consistency, reinforcing Maven’s position as a category leader.
