I guided the development of a custom agent branding system for the Michael J. Franco Team as part of their onboarding into Compass. Partnering with junior designers, marketing, and the agent team, I helped shape a refined visual identity that integrated seamlessly within the Compass brand ecosystem.

SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The goal was to equip the team with a complete, ready-to-use brand system that enabled a confident and efficient launch. I owned the design direction and worked collaboratively to develop the logo, monogram, logotype, color palette, and pattern system, ensuring the identity could scale across print and digital applications while maintaining Compass brand standards.

The final system was delivered early in the onboarding process and adopted across marketing and client-facing materials. The collaborative approach ensured alignment across stakeholders and resulted in a polished, flexible identity that helped the team establish a confident presence as they transitioned into the Compass brand.
